As a Financial Reporting Senior with this 100+ year old company, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial statements and SEC filings are accurate, timely, and in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. You will work closely with other members of the finance and accounting team to prepare financial statements and SEC filings, including Form 10-Ks, Form 10-Qs, and Form 8-Ks.
