Senior Manager of Accounting
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a lead role in the corporate finance function and have their CPA. Primary responsibilities will include accounting, record keeping, and compliance activities related to the equity programs, which include stock grants, ESPP, 401K, and pension administration. This person will be involved with month-end close related activities, forecast and budgeting, SOX compliance reporting, SEC filings, quarterly and annual reporting, and global payroll tax compliance and will be expected to take the lead with regard to process improvements in these areas. This person will also play a key role in other corporate stock accounting activities including dividend processing and common stock purchases. Lastly, they will work closely with global business partners in Payroll, Financial Accounting, FP&A, Compensation and Benefits, Legal, and Tax, acting as an internal advisor on equity related items.
