Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis directs corporate strategic financial planning, budgeting, capital allocation, and performance measurement processes; direct the financial review process for projects requiring executive-level funding approval; direct business area financial analysis support and strategy development; provide corporate financial accounting review; direct the corporate Test & Learn analytical capability, systems, and processes; develop the skills of department associates; direct department web resources and communications, and direct associates supporting Accounting, Business Analysis & Reporting, CEO Office, CFO Office, Human Resources, Legal, Loss Prevention & Safety, Public Affairs, Charities, Risk Management, Strategy Support, and Test & Learn.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or another analytical discipline
At least 10 years of relevant business experience
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, general business practices and financial statements
Knowledge of forecasting and projection techniques and methods, statistics and the key drivers of KPIs
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various levels throughout the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information
Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and tight deadlines by working extended hours and/or weekends during critical time periods

Required Skills

Master’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or another analytical discipline
At least 15 years of relevant business experience
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant or Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional
Advanced knowledge of SAP and related systems
