Position Summary
Seeking a Senior Accountant for its Global Corporate Accounting, Reporting and Consolidations Group. The position will report to the Manager of Technical Accounting.
This position can be remote from any location within the state of Texas, preferably near the major metros of Houston, Austin, Dallas, or San Antonio. There will be occasional attendance required at our Houston office.

Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting required
CPA certification or equivalent preferred
3+ years of experience of public accounting or industry experience
Required Skills
Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance and SEC reporting
Proficient accounting research and memo preparation skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment across multiple levels of management
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
